All designs, concepts, and content provided by Vezmanta are the intellectual property of the company and are protected by copyright laws. The client is granted a non-exclusive license to use the designs for the purpose of their project, but may not reproduce or distribute the designs without prior written consent from Vezmanta.
Any changes to the original scope of work or project timeline must be approved in writing by both parties. Vezmanta reserves the right to adjust fees or timelines if modifications occur during the project.
While Vezmanta strives to provide the highest quality services, we cannot guarantee that the design will meet all client expectations. We are not liable for delays, damages, or costs caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to supply chain issues, contractor delays, or acts of nature.
If the client wishes to cancel the project, they must notify Vezmanta in writing. Cancellations made after the commencement of the project will incur cancellation fees based on the work completed at the time of cancellation. Refunds are not available for services rendered, but adjustments can be made based on mutual agreement.
Vezmanta is committed to protecting your privacy. Any personal information collected through our website or services will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We will not share your personal data with third parties without your consent unless required by law.
